On a personal note, I attribute my success not only to my passion for homes and my intuition regarding the psychology of buying and selling but also to some very important life lessons my dad taught me at a young age. “If you are going to do something, give it 100% and do it right” is a motto that has served my business well. My business has grown successfully and consistently thanks to the repeat business of happy clients and there introductions to friends, family, and neighbors. Raised in Renton, Washington, I have an effective combination of small-town charm and Orange County tenacity. I like to win on behalf of my clients but do so with a calm demeanor and a smile. I live in the heart of Orange County with my husband and two daughters. I am a passionate businesswoman at heart, having owned and operated the first coffee drive-through in Cincinnati, Ohio and a personal training business prior to becoming a Realtor. I am a great person to ask for food, coffee, shopping, and travel tips. In terms of real estate, my education is never complete. As a successful realtor, I continually invest time money, and thought into the latest sales, marketing, and negotiation techniques with a very clear value that there is never a wrong time to do the right thing.
